Diesel and LPG prices has been reduced by 70 percent with effect from December 1, according a Ministry of Energy document chanced on by Ghanaweb.
Diesel and LPG which are sold at the pump at GH 10 will drop to GHC 3 per litre, but fuel will still stand at GHC 12 per litre.

This move by the government is to release the heavy burden on the citizens to help improve life in the country.

Exactly a year ago, under the previous government, John Mahama prices of Petroleum Products was also reduced on December 1st following an observation made by the Institute for Energy Security (IES), which predicted a marginal drop in petrol and diesel prices in Ghana.
